These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile apps and digital products operated by SanchuLLC (“we,” “us”), including Solve Math & Science, Cosmic Augur, Topos Astro Match, Decidr, RiseWell, TiffinKit and Save Them (together, the “Products”). By using a Product, you accept these Terms.

1. The Products

SanchuLLC builds and operates focused digital products across education, productivity, lifestyle, culture, entertainment and games. Each Product is provided as a standalone experience; these Terms apply to all of them unless a Product states otherwise.

2. Entertainment and informational content

Content in our culture, astrology and entertainment Products — including Cosmic Augur and Topos Astro Match — is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not predict outcomes. Educational Products such as Solve Math & Science are learning aids, not a substitute for instruction or professional judgment.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Products offer optional purchases or subscriptions, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms. Pricing is shown before you buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Products
• Use the Products to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Scrape or bulk-copy Product content or outputs
• Misrepresent Product outputs as professional advice

5. Intellectual property

The Products, their design, code, text and branding are owned by SanchuLLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use each Product for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanchuLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Product, or for decisions made based on Product content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
