Decidr · A Decision Ritual
THE RHYME
DECIDES.
Inky pinky ponky, coin flips, dice, petals — Decidr turns “I can’t decide” into a closed ritual. The answer exists before the animation begins. The reveal is the ceremony. No re-rolls.
The Ritual
Closure, not deliberation.
“I don’t know — you pick.”
“That one. Done.”
You already know the options. What you don’t have is closure. Decidr is an exposed animation of an outcome that is already determined — the rhyme moves through your choices, and where it lands is where you go.
Gather
Put the choices on the table — people, options, dinners, destinations.
Reveal
The chooser flies the rhyme through every candidate. The result is predetermined — the animation is a reveal, not a roulette.
Commit
No re-roll. No “best of three”. The decision closes — and a check-in follows.
The Mechanisms
Eight ways to stop deliberating.
Every mechanism is a small ceremony with its own physics. Different rituals for different moods — the same promise underneath: when it ends, it’s decided.
Inky Pinky Ponky
The playground original. A glowing chooser flies the rhyme from candidate to candidate — and lands.
Coin Flip
Heads or tails, settled mid-air.
Yes / No
Binary questions, answered cleanly.
Lucky Number
When the range is the question.
Dice
Weighted tumbling, honest landing.
Wheel
Many options, one decisive spin.
Cards
Draw one. That’s the answer.
Flower Petals
Loves me, loves me not — plucked to the truth.
The Rule
A decision app with a re-roll
is a deliberation app.
Decidr has no fake near-misses, no hesitation between two candidates, no gambling tension, no confetti, no scores. The chooser travels directly to the predetermined answer, circles it once, and touches the ground. Then the light changes, and the ritual is over.
What follows a Decidr result is not another spin — it’s a commitment and a check-in. The app’s job is to close the loop, not keep you spinning inside it.
THAT ONE.
Decidr is in development at SanchuLLC. Leave a note and we’ll flip a coin when it launches.
