Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sanchu LLC (“we”, “us”), the maker of Verdictly. By downloading or using Verdictly you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. What Verdictly is

Verdictly is a fair random picker with a friendly face: you give it your options, it draws one with a seeded random draw and shows it with an animation (a spinning wheel, a coin, dice and more). The draw is made first; the animation only shows it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital services where you live). If you are under 18, use Verdictly with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and ask them before buying anything.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Verdictly on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows it), resell or rent the app, or use it to break the law or harm anyone. All rights not expressly given to you are kept by Sanchu LLC and its licensors.

4. Verdictly Plus (subscription)

5. Coins, items and progress

Coins are earned by playing (or by choosing to watch a short ad). They have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, traded or refunded, and exist only inside the app. Coins, items, tiers and progress are stored on your device; if you delete the app or reset progress, they are gone. We may rebalance them in updates.

6. Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads are provided by third parties; we don’t endorse what they advertise and aren’t responsible for their sites or products.

7. Your content

Your questions, choices, notes, voice notes, photos and journal stay on your device; we don’t receive them. When you share a share card or a replay link, you choose who sees it and you are responsible for what you share. Only add photos you have the right to use.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what is processed and why: https://sanchullc.com/verdictly/privacy/

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of Verdictly. Some features may need a recent operating system. We aim to keep your on-device data working across updates but can’t guarantee it.

10. Disclaimer

Verdictly is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some places don’t allow these exclusions; there, they apply only as far as allowed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sanchu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decision you make or don’t make, and our total liability for any claim about Verdictly is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 10 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

12. Apple App Store

If you got Verdictly from the App Store: these terms are between you and Sanchu LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual-property claims); Sanchu LLC is, as far as these terms require. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple’s standard licence terms also apply: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

13. Google Play

If you got Verdictly from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchase.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes

If we change these terms, the new version will be on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Verdictly after a change means you accept it.
