We made Heirloom Gardens to be a quiet place. We do not sell your information, and we do not follow you around other apps and websites. This policy covers the Heirloom Gardens app on iPhone, iPad and Android, and this website.

The short version

• You do not need an account to play.
• Your game save stays on your phone.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card.
• If the game shows adverts, they come from Google, they are not tailored to you, and the app never asks to track you.
• If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

What stays on your phone

Your progress, coins, stars, settings and daily record are kept on your phone, and the app keeps a second copy in its own storage so a phone clean-up does not lose them. We do not receive this. If you tap Keep a copy in Settings, you choose where the file goes.

What we and our helpers collect, and why

The game never asks for your name, email address, photos, contacts or exact location. It has no analytics service of its own. It can use the microphone, but only if you say yes, and only to feel how hard you blow in the Toy Box. Nothing is recorded or sent.

Adverts

Version 1.0 of Heirloom Gardens shows no adverts. If a later version does, the adverts are shown by Google AdMob. We ask for adverts that are not tailored to you ("non-personalised") and for content suitable for everyone. On an iPhone or iPad we never show the question that asks to track you, because we do not track you. In some places the law asks for your choice about adverts, and then Google shows a short message the first time. Short videos are always your choice. If you buy No Adverts or the Supporter Bundle, the game does not show adverts.

Purchases

When you buy something, Apple or Google takes the payment. They tell RevenueCat and us what was bought, under a random number. We never see your card or bank details. Restore Purchases in Settings brings back what you own on a new phone.

Friends

The Friends and Daily Challenge board features that use our own server are not switched on in this version, so nothing is sent for them. If they are switched on in a later version, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as you might need to restore a purchase, and for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else lives on your phone and goes away when you delete the app.

Children

Heirloom Gardens is made for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California or another place with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and you may complain to your local privacy authority. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. Information held by Google, Apple or RevenueCat also follows their own policies, and you can ask them too.

Where information goes

Our helpers may process information in other countries, such as the United States. They keep it safe with the protections the law asks for, and send it over secure connections.

If this changes

If we change how we treat your information, we will change this page and the date at the top. If the change matters, the game will tell you.
