These terms are an agreement between you and Sanchu LLC ("we") about the Heirloom Gardens app. By playing, you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Heirloom Gardens on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, or take apart the app, or use cheats or tools that change how it works.
Coins, helpers and other items
Coins, stars, helpers, hearts and other items in the game are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved to another person. Items you buy that get used up (for example coins and packs) are used up when you spend them.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple or Google and follow their payment terms. Prices are shown in the store before you pay and can differ by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules; see our support page for how to ask. Restore Purchases in Settings brings back No Adverts, the Supporter Bundle and an active Garden Pass on a new phone.
Garden Pass subscription
Garden Pass gives unlimited hearts and a gift every day, for 1 month at a time, at US$7.99 a month (the price in your country is shown before you subscribe).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically every month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current month.
- Your account is charged for the next month within the 24 hours before the current month ends.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the pass until the end of the month you paid for.
Changes to the game
We keep improving Heirloom Gardens, so levels, items, prices and features can change. If we ever stop offering the game, we will try to give fair notice in the app.
No warranty
We work hard to make the game reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Sanchu LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts and laws.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change matters, the game will tell you.
